Beta software

Certus IQ is in private beta and is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Features, availability and terms may change without notice.

Free for candidates

Candidates may use Certus IQ free of charge during the beta. We may introduce paid plans later; you will be notified before any charges apply.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, spam, attempts to access data belonging to another account, or any use that harms the service or other users.

Not an employment agency

Certus IQ is not an employment agency in any jurisdiction and does not place candidates. Any introductions in regulated markets are handled by licensed partner agencies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the courts of Japan have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here removes rights you hold as a consumer where you live.
